DESCRIPTION:
The Quality Control/Assurance Officer is responsible for the implementation, improvement, and execution of the Quality management systems (QMS) and project-specific quality program requirements. They ensure that the design and construction works are planned and executed in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements of the Company and contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, implement and monitor the Quality Control Plan of the Project.
Responsible for ensuring that all workmanship, materials, inspections, and testing are in compliance with the contract requirements.
Oversight and review of daily quality control reports.
Manage QC daily reports and delegate to supporting staff required administrative duties.
Ensure compliance to contract plans and documents
Documentation and inspection of each definable feature of work
Recommend Improvement procedures
Act in all quality assurance and control matters for the company
Ability to work with Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers on a daily basis in order to plan and document the work.
Attend Quality Managements Meeting
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical
Other Duties as Assigned
