DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• QHSSEo Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.o Ensure compliance with , and where appropriate Client’s, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Safety Management Systems.o Act in accordance with the Roles and Responsibilities as described in Document 3-2-ME-GL-TRS-00001 QHSE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – TRS MENA• Essential Field Operationso Understand Well Site Services including performing under supervision Casing and Tubing Running Practices and Well Site Safety o Housekeeping/maintenance duties in a safe manner as directed by supervisor.o Responsible for the upkeep of own training and competency portfolioo Responsible for complying with Clients HSE policies whilst ensuring co-workers carry out work in safe manner. o Actively participating in Client / Rig Contractor Safety Programso Report all hazards and unsafe actso Under limited supervision:• Assist in the performance of function checks TRS Equipment against specified Work Instructions.• Assist in the rig up, operation and rig down of TRS Equipment following Work Instructions and procedures.• Assist in the service and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic components of TRS equipment as applicable to business segment.

• Essential Workshop Service Centreo Active participation in workshop safety & toolbox meetingso Active participation and contribution to workshop specific safety initiativeso Report all hazards and unsafe actso Ensure third party compliance with company procedureso Understand the basics and functionality of TRS Manual Handling Equipment, Power Equipment, Bucking Units and Thread Monitoring Systems, Rig Systems Solutions Services and Total Depth Solutions Services as it applies to the assigned business segment. Under direct supervision assist in the service, repair and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic components of TRS equipment as applicable to business segment.• Additional Local Duties• Safe behavior– Active Participation in RADAR cards and Rig Site DrillsActive participation of Safety Programs and Systems• A positive attitude – Commitment and Enthusiasm to be part of the Service team in Workshop and eagerness to take an active role in casing Running / Pulling Services.• A willingness to listen and learn – Follow procedures as per equipment guidelines. • A commitment to and basic understanding of Quality processes. • Satisfactory completion of Mandatory Competency Units for ST 2 applicable to Business Segment

Required Skills:• Essentialo Has generally effective command of spoken English language despite some inaccuracies, inappropriateness and misunderstandings. Can use and understand fairly complex language, particularly in familiar situations.o Has partial command of written English language, coping with overall meaning in most situations, though is likely to make many mistakes. Is able to handle basic communication in own field.o Fast learner, results oriented and independent with strong interpersonal skills o Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, willingness to helpo Ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures, priorities or work environmentso Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of hydraulic and mechanical / electronic systemso Ability to logically trouble shoot issues o Exposure to Computer Services and Functions (Web Based Software and Micro Soft Office) o Fast learner, results oriented and independent with strong interpersonal skills o Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, willingness to helpo Ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures, priorities or work environmentso Ability to work within process, procedures and checklists o Be assessed as “Competent” in accordance with the Company’s Competency Assessment Process requirements for the minimum Units of Competence relative for the position.• Preferredo English Language: Has fully operational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriateness. Misunderstandings may occur in unfamiliar situations. Handles complex detailed argumentation well.o Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software o Proven experience / exposure in Fluid Power, Fluid Flow and Fluid Diagrams o Proven experience / exposure in Repairs to Electronic Control Systems and Electronic Hardware o Good presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assist in resolving complex issues
