CNC Machinist
Job Location : Dammam
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and execute the job on machine as per the requirement in coordination with the section supervisor instructions
Select the appropriate machine for the task and set up the machine and execute the job, assigned by the supervisor, in accordance with the routing sheet and drawing supplied
Execution of works in compliance with company quality system, API / ISO / OEM standards.
Check the work for quality and accuracy
Check the calibration status of the measuring instrument and inform the supervisor and QC, as when it is due for calibration.
Reports any faults or problems to the supervisor during or after machining
Ensure the machinery, tools, measuring instruments being used is clean, safe and good working condition.
Maintain safety in the working area and wear the PPE as set by the company.
Advice maintenance department for appropriate repair works required for CNC machines in order to avoid / minimize the loss of productive hours.
Complete the task and signoff the shop routing
Study the requirement by looking in to drawing and relevant procedures
Coordinate with supervisor for job priorities
Any other task that may assigned by direct supervisor / manager
Requirements :
High School Education or Apprenticeship or 5 years of experience in the Industry who able to read the product drawing or 2 years technical college for machinist / turner
Prefer Candidates who are locally available for transfer with in KSA
