Director of Nursing

Our client based in Dhahran, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are seeking to appoint an outstanding Director of Nursing.
The hospital and the housing compound are located near nice malls such as Dhahran Mall, Rashid Mall, Al Khobar Mall, and lots more. The beach side is just 20 minutes drive from the Hospital and there is a 25 KM causeway connecting Saudi Arabia to Bahrain just 35 minutes drive from the Hospital.
It is a 350 bed military facility. With nearly 3,000 staff, this JCI accredited tertiary facility provides the full spectrum of health services.
For this role you will need
EDUCATION:? Masters degree in Nursing Administration, Health Administration or equivalent program from the UK, Ireland, South Africa, USA, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia? With Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing? A valid license to practice as Registered Nurse from the country of origin.? Valid registration with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
EXPERIENCE:? Minimum of 8 years of experience in nursing management and leadership and/or? Previous 3 years experience as Director of Nursing or nursing management at a level directly reporting to a Director of Nursing.? Minimum of 6 years experience as a Registered Nurse with 2 years experience as Senior Nurse Manager? Previous experience in Middle Eastern healthcare delivery.
