الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for professionals having expertise in Sales & Marketing in FMCG having minimum five (5) years of proven work experience in FMCG Sales with required skills/knowledge SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for acquiring and realizing new customer leads, retaining existing customers, and managing accounts through selling and promotion of products and services; contributing to the department’s achievement of allocated monthly sales target, while generating new opportunities to increase market share. Achieve sales targets and contribute to sales growth. Plan weekly/monthly customer visitation plans in coordination of next line manager. Maintain up-to-date sales records, evaluate and respond periodically the upcoming sales opportunities, gather and report the market intelligence based on real activity and responsible in achieving the allocated monthly sales target per period RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Must have extensive experience within the local and international market to initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets. Develop and implement the sales strategy and prepare action plans for effective sales leads and prospects. Coordinate sales to ensure business targets are achieved. Devising of annual sales results against annual budget and reporting for sales results against annual budget Monitoring & report back competitors’ activities, prices, market shares on a weekly basis. To identify new customers for existing/ new products and develop plans to support the growth of existing customers and generate new enquires, work out solution, prepare commercial pricing offer, finalize & execute orders for all the queries. Performs detailed analysis of trends and progress of brand shares, category sales, promotion evaluation and volume performance per outlet and customers assigned. Should contribute information, ideas, and research to help and develop sales and marketing strategies and to provide detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports Accountable for setting and achieving the marketing, sales plan & budget. To follow up with the client for the execution of the order till the payment is collected. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams المهارات - Minimum Bachelor degree or similar education level (Preference to Master degree holders) - Proven experience in Sales & Marketing field - Proficiency in English and Arabic will be a plus - Familiarity with ERP - SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service and presentation skills. - Meeting Sales Goals, KPIs, Sales Planning, Negotiation and motivation for Sales - Ability to work under pressure - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations - Valid Saudi driving license PACKAGE: Basic salary, Housing allowance, Transportation allowance / provided, Medical insurance, 30 calendar days annual paid vacation and one return air ticket annually تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-and-marketing-4348405/ |
