Job Purpose / Objective
Key Accountabilities 1
• Following the company s sourcing policies and procedures
• Market research upon request from Sourcing / Supply Chain Manager
• Categorize vendor management list by product Ranges & services
• Vendor registration process ( new registration , assessment & qualification )
• Lead Updating vendor legal documentation upon request from data management & finance.
• Monitoring and sustain existing contracts to keep flow of supplying materials in order to support business plan.
Key Accountabilities 2
• Follow action plans , timeless and resources assignments for sourcing project
• Preparing & reviewing items list of materials according to setting action plan before submitted to contract
• Negotiates prices and terms with suppliers in order to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objective.
• Exposed to the market to assist in allocates product demand across suppliers and in line with operation management and projects
• Builds strong relationships with internal customers in order to meet defined objectives.
• Responsible for delivering a top performing workforce.
• Assist in Identifies opportunities and implements actions to continually reduce wasted time, money and resources from assigned tasks.
Key Accountabilities 3
• Interaction with local suppliers in relation to help improving ADC IKTVA score by looking for local sources, qualifying & certifying these sources. Overseeing quality & delivery for the first year.
• Complies with ADC procedures applicable to the job function.
• Employees may be assigned other duties in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company.

Relevant Experience/ Skills Minimum
Relevant Experience Minimum:
• 3 years experience in sourcing / procurement
Interpersonal skills including:

• Must be Analytical and structured and be able to influence change.
