الوصف الوظيفي
Perform functional test of company’s board and system level products

Test and troubleshoot electronics board failures

Provide detailed symptom descriptions for failures uncovered during functional test to assist in component-level troubleshooting.

Follow all applicable work instructions to perform testing and repair processes.

Replace of fix hardware components as needed.

Follow and improve RMA procedure as per company and vendor policy.

Discuss problems (technical and process) encountered while testing/troubleshooting with supervisor and engineering staff and recommend solutions to improve work efficiency.

Escalate product and process issues to management and help with problem resolution.

Ability to meet Clients and discuss the electronics aspects.

Ability to create Technical Report by using Excel.

Preparing electronics online orders

Having Inventory Skill Management.

المهارات
Electronics Vocational Diploma

Using Computer and Microsoft Office

Electronics Maintenance

English Language : (Speaking : Good | Reading : Very good | Listening : Good | Writing : Good)
