The Project

Working for one of Saudi Arabia’s prestigious giga projects. Who are developing a 100% renewable electricity grid.
This is a long-term position, working with world class professionals, on one of the worlds most innovative projects.
The Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and implementation of the power grid infrastructure development.
Implement near to long term engineering and technical solutions at the highest quality and lowest cost.
Lead activities in the design, protection and operation of micro-grids.
Technology selection, component sizing, grid architecture optimization and financial calculations for the micro-grid.
Integration of prosumers, distributed renewables, distributed storage, UPS system and electric vehicles. Control and protection of these assets to provide grid flexibility.
Contribute to creating a world class working culture and HSQE culture.

المهارات
The Candidate

Bachelors Degree, 10 years relevant experience in Protection & Control and Micro-Grids expertise.
Expertise in Micro-Grid Design & Operation, Control & Protection, Renewable Energy Integration, Battery Storage, UPS systems, Converters, Inverters and Financial Calculations.
Expertise in PSCAD/EMTDC, PSSE/Digsilent and Matlab/Simulink.
