Our client a leading international building specialist is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager. Based in Khobar you will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
The ideal applicant must have experience within the construction, and building material industry, to sell their range of products to Contractors, property developers, and government authorities.
To maximize the growth of sales within a defined territory
Managing a ledger of existing accounts, developing relationships with customers to maintain and improve profitability.
Building relationships, acquiring a thorough understanding of customer’s needs and requirements
Offering product advice and support
Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.
المهارات
Proven sales experience gained within the construction/ building material industry.
Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels.
Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem-solving ability.
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities.
Proven experience in price negotiation at all levels.
Play a fundamental role in setting up new businesses; take responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers.
Research competition and general market activities on a daily basis.
Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities.
Establish relationships with clients, and provide a high standard of customer service.
