KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead local sales strategy, and oversee the development and execution of the budget.
Identify and deliver on new and incremental selling channels, studying and understanding each specific market structure and channel base.
Work with third parties to drive sales and strategy, which may include brokers, distribution partners, consumer research, and customers.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

المهارات
Male, preferably Saudi National
Progressive sales management experience calling on commercial and non-commercial foodservice accounts including self-op and contract managed operations
Exceptional business acumen with an emphasis on best-in-class sales and go-to-market experience
Proven track record of delivering planned objectives, penetrating customer organizations, and developing relationships
Strong broker and distributor management experience
Understanding of the foodservice industry’s financial, business, marketing, and sales requirements
Proven ability of problem-solving and priority setting, interpreting data to identify problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to create a successful business plan
Ability to develop and negotiate a variety of customer-focused programs leveraging different financial models
Cross-functional communication skills and an interest in collaboration
Four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
A passion for health and wellness is a plus
