Perform vein puncture and micro-sample collection (capillary puncture) of blood samples, which includes sole responsibility for ensuring proper patient identification.
Performs and documents daily Quality Control according to Laboratory and Section Policies.
Performs and documents daily weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance of all instrumentation and equipment.
Communicates to Section and Unit Supervisor on any Quality Control abnormalities and equipment malfunctions.

Communicates to Section or Unit Supervisor any apparent inventory shortage.
Perform lab tests pm received specimens.
