Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions , follow up on
carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Saving all documents related to clients’ accounts in the files designated for them for easy reference
Follow up on the collection Maintains records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits.
Review the documentary cycle of cash and deferred sales and ensure that it matches the company’s policy
Follow-up of cash sales and cash branch funds and make sure that all cash bills have been collected or there is approval from the administration to delay collecting this bill
Review the clients’ trial balance balances and review the collections and make sure that they have been recorded in the accounting program, and subsequently transferred to the trial balance
المهارات
22 to 25 years old
Excellent level of English
Bachelor (preferred Marketing and Business Administration - Engineering)
at least two years as a sales representative for companies, not wholesale.
A- Knowledge of modern marketing and selling methods
High ability to communicate with clients
High skills in preparing reports
The ability to persuade, to be courteous, to speak, to always be on time
Salary 3000 to 4000 Riyals
