QC Supervisors Procurement

Roles and Responsibilities
ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Urgently required for a leading Korean Engineering & Construction Company involved with Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects in Saudi Arabia.

Education
-Internationally recognized university, four (4) or five (5) year Bachelor degree in a business or engineering discipline, with seven (7) or more years of direct work experience in supervision of capital projects quality, ISO 9001 QMS requirements, activities and resources for procurement of services, materials and equipment.
OR
-High school diploma with twelve (12) or more years of direct work experience in supervision of capital projects quality, ISO 9001 QMS requirements, activities and resources for procurement of services, materials and equipment.
-Three (3) or more years of direct work experience in supervision of capital project procurement quality related to the engineering disciplines and scope of WORK (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects).
-Passed an internationally accredited (i.e., IRCA or ASQ) Quality Auditor training course and examination, or approved equivalent, for the 2015 version of ISO 9001.
-Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language
-Must have ARAMCO Approval.
-Candidate to be within Saudi and to have transferable Iqama and should be valid more than a month.

Job Responsibilities
-Responsible for planning and controlling quality activities in given particular disciplines in accordance with quality management system established by QA Manager.
-Recommended to QA/QC manager for all Violations / Nonconformance of the approved Quality plan for possible issuance of NCR particularly in Procurement.
-Document submittals as per schedule Q requirements.
-Verify the purchase requisition packages as per the schedule Q.
-Review Material technical Approvals & Submittals of material requisition for inspect able materials.
-Preparing for inspection assignment Package
-Preparing IDR Package for IL Closures
-Equipment / Material Inspection levels as per SAEP-1151
-Supervise and monitor activates of TPI
-Familiar with Saudi Aramco Standards SAES-T, Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI), Telecommunication Distribution Methods Manual (TDMM).
-Manage all scope of work in Projectsthat involves telecommunication works from Fiber Optic and Copper cables installations, Outside Plant (OSP) to Inside Plant (ISP), CCTV Security and Surveillance System, Public Address Sound system (PA), In plant Paging System
-Raising Request for Inspection (RFI) and issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) as per Aramco Checklist. Installation of LAN cabinets and fiber optic patch panels inside the telecom room.
-Supervision of fiber optic cable pulling installation, termination and testing of continuity using OTDR Meter. Site acceptance test performed with Operation & Maintenance team for the telecommunication systems.
