This role is designated as Senior Logistics Officer to be based in Jeddah with our biggest FMCG market player client.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise all warehouse functions from incoming (RM/PM WH) & outgoing FGs to all KSA distribution points, in order to meet customers quality and business requirements on time
• This role will back-up for Logistics In charge during his absence
• Transportation invoices entry in excel and preparation of PR & SES
• Transportation MIS
• Transportation rate negotiations and optimization by introduction of new reliable transporters.
• 3PL provision and invoice verification
• Cost Centers analysis for Supply Chain Department
• Follow-ups with concerned departments viz., Purchase, Finance, Projects as needed to expedite the processes with high quality.

• Comprehend, interpret and apply a variety of Logistics standard, policies, and targets with accuracy and clarity.
• A demonstrated commitment to internal supply chain customer service & relations.
• High level of effective interpersonal & negotiation skills.
• Exceptional planning & organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English & computer literate.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia Standards.
• Previous working knowledge in SAP
