Have experience in recognizing common failure in Instrumentation and Control field instruments and online Analysers & Lab Analysers, based on exposure and experience of wide range of Instrumentations and Analysers.
Have maintained field Instrumentation and Control equipment and hardware elements/components of control systems, emergency system and sub-systems and able to differentiate the necessary parts, based on experience and knowledge.
Have maintained both hardware/software components on Lab and process Analyser systems
Have worked in the Analysers sampling System and on Gas Systems and able to differentiate the necessary parts, based on experience and knowledge.
Have good knowledge on Environment, occupational health and safety regulations.
Have ability to read and understand Manufacturer drawing, catalogue data and operating/service instructions manual to verify the recommended parts by the supplier.

Education
Bachelor of Engineering ( BSC Engg/B.Tech) or equivalent.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Procurement/strategic and sourcing data analysis background.
Have a good practical knowledge of field instrumentation equipment including following:
Process variables Flow, Level, Pressure & Temperature measurement instruments.
Have a good practical knowledge of control & sub-control and emergency shutdown system including:
Yokogawa DCS
BN3500 MCM
Yokogawa Prosafe ESD
Rockwell PLC, CCC & WoodWard.
Have a good practical knowledge of on-line analysers including the following types:
Colour, Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, Flashpoint, Total Sulphur
Fixed Gas Detection (H2S, LEL, CL2),
Flue Gas Monitor, FTNIR, Gas Chromatographs, Moisture, pH, Photometers (IR, UV), RVP, TOC,
Basic understanding of Computer Systems and knowledge of Software such as Microsoft Office.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Petroleum process Plant, in a Maintenance role.
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the maintenance of instrumentation & control systems and on-line Process Analysers, including sample conditioning equipment associated with Refinery applications.
Must have experience in systems related to Hydrocracker, Desalination, Utility, and Laboratory applications.
