JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for assisting in planning and managing operations in an assigned restaurant in order to exceed company targets for growth and profitability with an outstanding product and service execution.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate the Company Brand and ensure there is no violation of the Brand Standard to maintain food and service quality.
Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurants in order to exceed company objectives.
Set individual goals and monitor daily sales targets to maintain and increase brand objective.
Balance staffing levels and labor costs to achieve optimal productivity.
Monitor and control cost centers using established methods to meet goals.
Monitor Food Safety, Food quality and hygiene Standards to meet high level of product service.
Maintain adequate stock levels for the volume of your brand business for growth.
Respond and resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist Restaurant Manager to achieve targets and to meet brand objective with maintaining of quality and service for high quality end brand.

المهارات
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
Formal Education
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management
Work Experience
3-5 Years of experience in a similar role
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Extensive food and beverage (F&B;) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like open Table and Peach Works.
Customer Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers.
Stamina: Long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job.
Training
Professional Certification (Foodservice Management Professional “FMP”) is a plus
