الوصف الوظيفي Articulate Digital Transformation Strategy & establish initiatives to achieve Digital Transformation Vision across RAR’s Business Units (BUs) and Corporate - Support developing solid Digital Transformation plans (Strategic, & Operational) including initiatives, programs and services with focus on business value, transformation and improvement for RAR BUs across sectors & industries. - Support developing & implementing digital transformation enablers & frameworks to strive business processes innovation and transformation. - Support mapping of key digital technologies to RAR business processes innovation opportunities like e-Commerce, CRM, Mobility, BI/Big Data/Analytics, Cloud Services, RPAs, Internet-of-Things, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robots, Next Generation Cyber-Security with robust integration to RAR ERP & other critical systems, as needed. - Support executing, launching and managing a portfolio of digital services with RAR BUs (including roadmaps and KPIs) to serve Digital Transformation strategic intent and focus, developing and driving an operating model based on dimensions of Governance, People, Process and Technology. - Develop initiatives digital transformation communications plan, business cases, ROIs and RFIs/RFPs. - Support establishing and developing strong network of internal / external strategic & operational relationships with stakeholders, vendors and experts. - Support develop talent pool of digital transformation experts across RAR BUs and Corporate with high energy levels, dynamic capabilities and strong project management and transformational skills. Act as digital transformation program manager who is responsible to develop & deliver Digital Transformation initiatives across RAR Business Units (BUs) and Corporate including, but not limited to: - ERP/JD Edwards (across sectors of Trading, Food Products, Contracting, Manufacturing, Logistics) - Sales applications (point of sale, mobile workforce..etc) - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - e-Commerce channels (B2B, B2C & e-Marketplace) - Oracle Fusions Human Capital Management (HCM) & Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Closing & Consolation Services (FCCS)..etc. - Digital marketing & social channels - Digital workplace enablement - Others Articulate Digital Transformation Strategy & establish initiatives to achieve Digital Transformation Vision across RAR’s Business Units (BUs) and Corporate - Support developing solid Digital Transformation plans (Strategic, & Operational) including initiatives, programs and services with focus on business value, transformation and improvement for RAR BUs across sectors & industries. - Support developing & implementing digital transformation enablers & frameworks to strive business processes innovation and transformation. Support mapping of key digital technologies to RAR business processes innovation opportunities like e-Commerce, CRM, المهارات Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a technology related field. Master’s equivalent / MBA is preferable, Project Management Certification (e. g. PMP or PRINCE II), IT Service Management Certification (ITIL or ISO20000). Experience: Proven experience in Digital Services or Business Development or any relevant experience with at least 5 years in a leading role. In-depth understanding for business and technology architectures of digital solutions preferred with proven experience in several sectors / industries of Trading, Food Products, Contracting, Manufacturing and Logistics. Proven experience in managing large scale projects that involve multiple originations and stakeholders. Proven experience of project / program establishment, delivery and service management. Strong track record of success in project / programs delivery Experience in developing strategy, operating models, business processes, SLA’s and KPI’s and governance & control. Proven experience in vendors’ management Skills: Deep understanding of organizational, cultural, and change management challenges and opportunities across industries & sectors. Goals oriented, details oriented, meticulous, and quality driven Highly developed negotiating and influencing skills. Highly motivated, demonstrates self-confidence, passion, energy and enthusiasm Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills Experienced capabilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Conflict & Change management skills.
