Engineering Manager - MEP

Plan for new project designs and shop drawings including manpower allocation.

Schedule new project designs.

Budget the new designs with Vice President‐Engineering in order to decide among design strategies.

Follow up and monitor all design works with subordinates against schedule and budget.

Undergo major decisions in design changes and Value Engineering.

Ensures that ISO Procedures are correctly & implemented.

Manage the BIM Team (REVIT & Civil 3D) related to MEP Buildings, Infrastructure.

Sets KPI’s for employees & department.

Communicates the department dashboard to upper management.

Coaches and mentors all employees in the department.

Determines and implements department training needs.

Assures up‐to‐date technical library.

Maintains relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Aligns the Engineering Department & resources with the company’s vision and strategic targets.

المهارات
Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree is a plus.

Minimum 15 years experience in the construction industry engineering out of which at least 5 years of experience in Engineering Management.

Good computer skills and knowledge of Engineering Software.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Knowledge in International and Local standards and applications for all MEP Systems.

Fluent in English.

Wide knowledge in Electro‐Mechanical Systems integration and coordination.

Leadership and people management skills.
