Support all internal and external HR related or request.
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrations
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contract
Maintain calendars of HR Management Team.
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meeting, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
Complete termination paperwork’s and exit interviews.
Assists in the process of the application, issuance, renewal and cancellation of all
personnel related government papers (e.g. labor contracts, labor cards, and health cards).
Assists in the process of the application, issuance, renewal and cancellation of company
licenses (e.g. Municipality trade license, Chamber of Commerce license...).
Assists in visa requests to other countries as needed by the Company.
Assists in process of Residential Identification for expatriate employees. (Iqama, Visa’s)
Represents the Company respectfully in all governmental institutions and preserves its reputation.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
This role is open for Saudi Nationals only.
Starting Date : Immediately.
Reporting to GM.
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required
• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
• 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
• Ability computer typing skills and working on (MS Office, Excel sheet, Power Point ).
• Familiarity with Odoo sys , MenaItech - MenaMe Sys or others sys’s.
