الوصف الوظيفي · Conducts market research, develops and disseminates analytical reports on shipping and the Oil & Gas market trends including the changing market conditions, requirements, needs and competitor activities. · Maintains contacts with the Clients & regularly visits facilities with department head. · Plans, manages and coordinates regular marketing, branding and communication activities including participation in conferences, trade shows and similar events to support the company’s business strategy and objectives while ensuring compliance with all company’s policies and procedures with the support of Corporate. · Defines promotional and advertising activities and materials to publicize product lines / services through presentations, Salesforce / Oracle, media and alternate distribution channels. · Input on company’s Corporate Identity Manual, Company Letterheads and all Marketing Collateral. · Supports branches, subsidiary and offices in their marketing and branding activities. · Creates / produce / updates Client presentations, brochures, publications and assists with the drafting of technical articles. · Leads the implementation or personally implements public relations programs, online events and similar activities and participates as appropriate in relevant community events. · Has input to the maintenance of the company’s social media as well as for the content and updating of the company’s corporate website in line with corporate / senior management approval. · Coordinates promotional items and Client gifts. · Observes and follows all company safety rules and procedures. Support and encourage continuous improvement of the company’s processes, including safety program and quality management system. · Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the final output for marketing collateral is within the branding identity and of high standard.
