The Sales Engineer will assist in a pre-sales role to qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities. The Sales Engineer will also work closely with the customers and engineering offices to determine the technical requirements in order to provide a cost effective and comprehensive managed solution. The Sales Engineer is responsible for the thorough completion and processing of all documents throughout the pre-sales process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
Arranging and handling customers’ enquiries.
Preparing techno-commercial quotations to customers (i.e. filling up of data sheets, response to technical queries on quotations… etc.)
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
Report job status, market trends and competitor actions.
Daily sales activities (i.e. calls, meetings)
Weekly quotation/ sales activity follow-up report.
Help in researching and developing new products
