الوصف الوظيفي
• Plans, coordinates and set-up meetings (if necessary) with the authorized GS Personnel and requestors, in a professional manner, ensuring prompt,
efficient and quality service to the company but not limited to food production & services by maintaining daily control on quality/quantity of meals being served to the cafeteria guests and company employees;
• Oversees, receives and checks the food item deliveries and invoices for food and cafeteria materials, ensures the quality of the food storage facility. Ensuring the safety and of the food being stored and making notes of the expiry dates of food materials;
• Cafeteria material costs and quantities being requested is to be handled by GS Supervisor and GS Representative;
• Status of cafeteria equipment which requires any repairs/changes should be reported to GS Supervisor &/or GS Representative for appropriate approval prior to any communication with outside vendor/supplier;
• Handles/receives complaints and/or suggestions from company employees with positive attitude by bringing the matter to the concerned GS Personnel for proper discussion to come up with a “group” decision on the matter at hand;
• Handles and receives requests for outside catering services or hotel reservations (with dining services or meeting/training arrangements) after authorized approval from concerned GS Personnel only;
• Coordinates with the Royal Commission standards with regards to the food being served at Cafeteria;
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the Operational Compliance and Environmental, Health & Safety. Ensure that all accidents, fire, loss, theft and damages are prevented and proper procedures are followed;
• Conducts daily inspections of all areas ensuring maintenance on excellent hygienic standards in a proficient manner;
• Verifies with the Cafeteria Supervisor the personal hygiene, cleanliness of uniforms, and proper identification (badges) of the cafeteria staff and gets assurance from the Cafeteria Supervisor that all work being done by cafeteria staff is being carried out in compliance with RC Public Health;
• E-mail communications of any sort should be sent out thru proper channel only, communications should be done by GS authorized personnel only; and
• Proper way of dealing/communicating with cafeteria personnel should be thru the Cafeteria Supervisor to discuss the matter at hand, relaying of information to GS Department authorized personnel for matters that needs to be discussed.
المهارات
• Two (2) year Diploma or equivalent.
• Command of the English language (both written and oral).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
