الوصف الوظيفي
• Set up the machine and execute the job, assigned by the supervisor, in accordance with the routing sheet and drawing supplied
• Execution of works in compliance with company quality system, API / ISO / OEM standards.
• Check the work for quality and accuracy
• Check the calibration status of the measuring instrument and inform the supervisor and QC, as when it is due for calibration.
• Reports any faults or problems to the supervisor
• Ensure the machinery, tools, measuring instruments being used is clean, safe and good working condition.
• Maintain safety in the working area and wear the PPE as set by the company.
• Advise maintenance department for appropriate repair works required for CNC machines in order to avoid / minimize the loss of productive hours.
• Completion of work within the time allotted for the job
• Zero lost time accidents
• Reduction in nonconformance.
المهارات
· Background and experience in a machine shop environment with experience of operating CNC machines.
· Strong understanding of machining process & Product knowledge
· Strong interpersonal, communication and ability to develop relationship with others.
· High Diploma or equivalent certificate.
· Familiar with workshop safety
· Understand engineering principals, such as speed, feds, different metal characteristics, drilling, turning, threading.
· Understanding of cutting tools and inserts
· Understanding of CNC machine tools and their capabilities.
· Understanding of CNC programs would be an advantage.
· Be able to work on his own initiative and with minimal supervision
