Electrical Technician

We are looking for Electrical Technician for Saudi Arabia

Electrical Technician will be responsible for maintenance , troubleshooting, and corrective action for all Manufacturing equipment’s ,Packaging Line ,Process Pharma Machinery in current operation at site .This individual will be responsible for all projects and services related to the sterile equipment’s including the timely completion of repairs and maintenance as per SOP .In addition ,perform maintenance on manufacturing machines to prevent damage and wear.

Tasks:

a) Perform schedule checks on machinery and parts.

b) Finding and fixing electrical and instrument faults.

c) Aware of Pharma SOP and GxP practices.

d) Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.

e) Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns

f) Responsible for maintenance and operational procedure for Lyophilizer, Packaging line and
Pharma machinery (Filling unit, Autoclave, Filling Tank etc.)

g) Knowledge of electronic balance.

h) Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed

i) Use understanding and knowledge of PLC control engineering to participate in making necessary changes in procedure and electrical control.

j) Configuring and fault diagnosis of VFD, PLC, SCADA/HMI, Profibus communication and control loop.

k) Complete Paperwork required for equipment’s and maintenance data into the department and maintenance processes.

l) Specific Knowledge of vacuum System, Hydraulic system, Refrigeration system, electric circuit & drawing.

m) Knowledge of necessary electrical tools and components to carry out service/fault finding activities with minimum disruption to the user.

n) Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery.
