الوصف الوظيفي
- The Lead will be responsible for implementing and developing safe work habits for all personnel assigned to him.
- Participate in incident investigations, utilize the 5 why process, recommend / implement corrective actions and issue summary reports detailing lessons learned. 
- Model safe work practices, by participating and supporting all safe work practices.  Examples of this would include leading JSAs, housekeeping audits, safety meetings and procedure development.
-Understand and apply the tenets of operation and ensure that the assigned personnel are actively participating in all safety programs.
- Complete all LMS and BESTT requirement timely and set the same expectations with his team members
- Understand and implement government, industry and company regulatory requirements as relates to work practices.
- Ensure team members receive to the proper amount of technical training and certifications to perform their job
- Submit required reports and KPI’s in a timely fashion

- Oversee the Riggers and equipment’s operator personnel
- Maintain oversight over all complex, critical lifting.
- Maintain all equipment inspection and certification.
- Optimization manpower and other resources utilizing cost justification / business case to make decisions.
- Effectively manage overtime and ensure accurate work order time confirmation is established.

- Assist with the development of work packages for the turnaround / shutdowns / outages
- Assist in manpower and resource loading
- Facilitate / Conduct relevant upfront training for crafts

المهارات
Plan/lead Maintenance lifting/rigging activities involving the use of Crane and the associated lifting equipment in the facility, Responsible to manage, supervise, and perform assessment on all type lifts and ensure the minimum requirements are met before execution of any lift activity, familiar with Critical, complex, basic lift plans and procedure. Oversight Equipment operator and rigging personnel and Ensuring all task are consistent with plant safety, maintain all equipment test certification and validation program, attend operation meeting and update daily task. Educate field personnel in the proper use, handling and operation of company owned and/or rented equipment and Ensure that all field work is done properly and safely.

- Vocational / Technical Diploma/ Engineer or 10 additional years of applicable experience.
- Certified Rigger Level-1
- 5 years of experience as a maintenance in a petrochemical plant or similar industry.

- Leadership capability
- MS Office skills & SAP
- Equipment inspection and testing.
- Familiar with Critical lifting plan preparation and assessment for critical, complex and basic lifts.
- Proficient in speaking and writing the English language.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safe work practices
