Jr. Camp Boss

الوصف الوظيفي
Role Objective:
To assist the Camp Boss in all daily activities in the labour accommodation and ensures the implementation and adherence to camp rules and regulations.

OPERATIONAL

Maintains records and reports for all workers residing in the camp.
Ensures that information is timely and accurately updated in all systems and records and archives hard copies according to internal procedures.
Ensures that all electrical appliances, A/C, office machines, etc are functioning properly, follows up on the regular maintenance intervals and reports to Camp Boss any repair requirements.
Reports on daily basis absenteeism and sick/medical reports of manpower.
Responsible for the removal of sewage water and garbage from the camp premises.
Logs the movement of labours from one camp to another.
Monitors the inventory level of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in store and distributes PPE to workers as per Amana standards.
Assists in the organization of transport for workers from camp to site and back.
Prepares various periodical reports as per internal policy and ensures they are timely and accurately updated and issued, using various tools (e.g. ERP system, Excel).
Maintains all types of documents and correspondences
Participates in labour committee meetings as required.
Assists the Camp Boss with the orientation of new manpower.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Good computer skills (MS Office, preferable knowledge of an ERP system)
Good communication skills is English and Arabic (verbal and written) and preferable basic knowledge in Hindi/Urdu (verbal)
