Responsible of Selling products by implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff; follow new business opportunities and manages functions such as company associations
Generate maximum number of enquiries by regular personal visits to the clients using his long experience and relationships in the market with site engineers / buyers / owners & to ensure we secured that order.
To develop business by bringing new international manufacture products & introduce to the local clients. Also to extend the full hospitality for our suppliers / principals visitors to see that visitors are taken to maximum number of clients.
To make regular visits to our international / local (suppliers / principals) to discuss our ongoing business. And to following up the local / international Exhibitions related to our scope of work to get GM approval to attend it personally or through sales staffs.
Responsible for the financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing contracts. Responsible for collection of outstanding payment on time.
Selection of Sales persons by reviewing CVs. Discussing with sales staffs to know their personal needs and negotiate it with ( Administrations ) and / or ( Commercial General Manager ) for approval .
To brief Commercial General Manager about the market position and the problems if any being faced and seek his advice as to how to be resolved. And toTo take care of any other jobs / responsibilities being allocated to him by Commercial General Manager and supply him with any information required.

Bachelor /Master of Engineering, MBA degree
Strong Sales skills, Analyzing data, Knowledge in market conditions & commercial sector
Team Building, Leadership, Presentation & Persuasion
Ability to manage daily team operations ,Having experience of dealing with international suppliers, , Knowledge in Engineering/ customer service / in company represented products/services and equipment /Good PC Knowledge
