الوصف الوظيفي The Marine HSE Officer will be responsible for conducting all HSE operations related to the Port & Vessels. Client Details Key Player in Marine Services Description Conducting Safety Inspections, CEHA and other required inspections on Contractor assets which will include Vessels and shore side areas Working with Vessel Captains, ensuring knowledge of Marine procedures and compliance Providing HSE training to the Contractor workforce, both onshore and offshore Working closely with Saudi Aramco Marine Department and QA&CU;to identify and take remedial action in areas where safety can be improved Providing proactive input towards safety initiatives and Safety Presentations as necessary Producing documents for the sharing of Safety Information, e.g. Safety Flyers Conducting Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis as required Participating in Incident investigations Implementing the company policy, objectives, ISM code, GI and these instructions Demonstrating deep knowledge with HAZCOM and in identifying and dealing with hazards Risk assessment, work permit system, tool box talks, Job Safety Analyses, Marine Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis Programs Tracking and Closure of Marine Incident Recommendations and Marine Department Categories of Incidents Following industrial hygiene and occupational health aspects of environmental protection policy Profile Should hold an HSE Certificate of a similar standard to the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Hold International Marine Qualification with a minimum of STCW II/2 (Master) or III/2 (Chief Engineer) Strong experienced in offshore vessel operations and knowledge of the Marine Training and Safety Drills Onboard Marine Vessels, ships LSA, FFE and PPE Familiar with all Saudi Aramco Emergency response Plans and a knowledge of the Marine Departments requirements Job Offer Attractive Package https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/marine-hse-officer-ksa-4187499/ |
