Responsible for the development and performance of entire sales activities in assigned markets, you will be responsible to generate sales activity for the company with its new and existing network of clients & agents and generate new potential market share. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for sales team. Including but not limited to product market share development, products approval, marketing strategies development, technical presentation, order confirmation, pricing and product information, post order client’s services, product compliance and shipping. You will travel to markets, trade shows and learn the key attributes of the products sold.
This position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of the assigned Export Market as well as setting-up guidelines and ensures its implementation. Look after the day-to-day activities of the department focusing on strategic planning to support in meeting the objective.
• Assist in the Development of business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
• To achieve the sales target by using useful resources and procedures.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Development of new markets and generation of new customers as well as identifying opportunities and potential markets including dealing with distributors and agents.
• Come up with a strategy to manage the account and setting objectives about the account management. Plan on how to meet each customer targeted objectives and ensures positive results.
• Look after the customer satisfaction and solve the clients query effectively with the support of the concerned sales personnel. Giving customized solutions based on clients’ requirements.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Develops a good working relationship with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
• Proactively collaborate with internal team and external customers. Interacts and communicates with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences.
• Negotiation, closing of the terms and conditions of collaboration. Keeps up to date record of pricing structure for each client or if it is a contract customer keeps price agreement.
• Manages conflict and comes up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
• Conducts regular account reviews and continuous market analysis and research, strategic and competitive analysis / benchmarking of the industry with the collaboration of the KSA Country Manager and CMO or other concerned.
• Coordinates with the team in technical and procedural aspects affecting the entire sales activities.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Providing efficient and timely customer support and post sales services. Ensures that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. Ensures that competitors are also monitored extensively in order to come up with an appropriate solution to surpass their capabilities in terms of general customer services.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, business ethics and codes.
• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agree budgets, sales volume, values, product mix and time scales.
• Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in Export activities and procedures to the region.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Following and coordinating the customer’s payments collection to be on time.
• Arrange with the respective department for all the customer visits, conveyance and hospitality as per the organization’s policy.
• Invitation to clients for all events, exhibitions, ceremonies and convey them about our latest official policies and procedures.
• Provide Assistance at pre-exhibitions, events activities, advertising and promotional activities. Initiate action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospects and penetrate new markets.
