We are looking for Fit Out Supervisor for Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Preparing cutting list for machine section according to the drawing issued for construction assembling & installation of loose furniture & fit out joinery works at the site.
Coordinating and ensuring that installations onsite follow proposed project designs and
approved drawings
Coordinating with design team for timely submission of shop drawings
Coordinating the submission & sharing oft approved drawings with other suppliers.
Working alongside the site administration department for procurement of materials & delivery to site.
Developing and maintaining manpower log and daily assignment of tasks
Tracking procurement of materials from different countries of shipment to port and final
delivery to warehouse.
Coordinating with foremen onsite for standard installations.
Daily / Weekly report to project manager of progress of work onsite
Monthly report to consultant and catchy reports / histograms to stake holders.
