We are looking for a Maintenance Manager

General Description of the Job:

Maintenance leadership for the precast manufacturing plant ensuring that all plant assets, including equipment, buildings, structures, and systems are maintained efficiently and within budgeted targets.

• Strong experience towards Precast Machinery.
• Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality management system.
• Organize workforce so work will be executed in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Commercial, contractual, and engineering acumen.
• Quantifying and ordering of material in a value engineering/cost-effective manner.
• Must have an excellent understanding of HSE.
• Good all-round Financial Management Budgeting & Planning.

• Flexible to travel across project sites
