PMO Administrator

We are looking for PMO Administrator for Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

- Ensures the update of the Project Equipment Bill Of Quantity of Signaling (SIG) and Customer Information Systems (CIS), coordinating with Design team

- Inventories the equipment and quantities delivered on site and identify the discrepancies with Project BOQ.

- Contributes to the Material Inspection process of Signaling (SIG) and Customer Information Systems (CIS) by collecting the material design approval documentation/Reference.

- Ensure the preparation of reporting and tracking support.

We are looking at engineering level. Has to be able to work through complex structures and bring order into the various equipment being shipped and installed. Has to be on a good level of working with excel.
