Lead the Field service team and ensure maintenance tasks are carried out as per the SOPs.
Provide effective guidance / support to team members on a daily basis
Leading by setting a good example and engaging the team to achieve their goals
Coordinator for daily operation and maintenance activities, SAP approval, SAP activities, SCM activities & other related activities
Proactively ensures smooth team operations and effective collaboration among team members
Support Area Manager in critical and emergency situation; in order to ensure company policy
Ensure all relevant documents are readily available prior to start of the work such as job specific PTW.
Ensure team has available tools, equipment and PPE required for the job at hand.
Coordination of site related activities and progress with management in base office.
المهارات
Highly experienced in Maintenance and Operation of Fire Detection (Fire Alarm), Detectors, Horn etc.
Well knowledge of inspection and maintenance of the mentioned systems such as smoke detectors, heat detectors, flame detectors, gas detectors, manual pull stations etc.
Well aware of permit to work policies and PPE requirement related to jobs.
Good communication skills (English) reading, speaking and writing
Bachelor is Mechanical, Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering
NFPA certified is a plus.
At least 4-5 years’ experience working as a Site Supervisor for Fire & gas related maintenance activities at petrochemical plants.
