Sales and Business Development Manager needed for global EPC company focusing on Petrochemical industry. Saudi National preferred.

This will be working for a Global company with sales above 35 USD Billion annually. They focus on a wide number on industries from engineering, manufacturing and technology.

The client is looking for a Sales & BD Manager to focus on their petrochemical segment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by establishing and secure new sales opportunities for EPC projects using Third Party Technologies and developing current distribution channels.

Experience
5 - 8 years’ experience in sales and/or business development in an industrial organization, preferably in a project or construction company. Prior experience in the KSA is must.Experience in an international company and matrix organizations would be an asset.

Job role:
Analyze the KSA market (customers, competitors) for the company’s specific product categories in the petrochemical and EPC marketExpand the current market share and increase order intake in line with the company’s strategy Ensure they are meeting customer needs and gather future information which will help drive forecasting and innovative solutions involving the clients products and servicesFind, select, and build relationships with new customers in the respective sales channelsFormulate, lead and/or coordinate diverse business development initiatives (workshops, factory visits) in order to promote products and services

Education

Graduate degree in engineering or similar from reputable university in chemical, civil, mechanical or industrial engineering.
