My client is a leading engineering company currently working on the construction of a major new marine and civil project on behalf of saudi aramco in ras al khair in saudi arabia. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced project controls manager to look after all project controls issues including planning and scheduling, cost control, delay mitigation etc
