المهارات
· Ability to maintain and promote safety always and to assure compliance with appropriate rules and regulations.

· Ability to ensure timely monitoring, recording and reporting of operational KPIs

· Should have a broad understanding of the manufacturing process, including production, quality, lean and maintenance.

· Ability to develop 5S practices in all area and assure that 5S standards are maintained.

· Full understanding on ISO 9001 procedure and SOP, and assure all improvements and medications in processes are reflected in the ISO 9001 system

· Ability to support quality team in assuring all quality requirements are met, and report any non-conformances in the QA/QC department

· Full understanding of raw material specifications.

· Should have a highly analytical mindset and strong technical ability.

· Have a dynamic personality with an ability to think independently.

· Be a strong problem solver with an ability to motivate colleagues in finding the root cause of the problem, development of solutions, and proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

· Ability to Sustain all improvements.

· Ability to Identify top reasons for scrap, conduct the proper team problem solving, gather the required data, and implement the required solution.

· Ability to Identify top reasons for downtime, conduct the proper team problem solving, gather the required data, and implement the required solution

· Ability to Co-ordinate with QA/QC & safety, Manufacturing & purchasing departments regarding current issues impacting operations that have impact on cost, quality, and delivery.

· Ability to Support quality in resolving NCRs, and customer complaints.

· Ability to Work with production to minimize time needs for troubleshooting, cleaning, and material change.

· Ability to Work with maintenance to minimize time needs for troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

· Ability to Implement lean manufacturing tools in operations.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example on deliverables.

· Ability to Implement dye test, autopsy, and cell test for investigation.

· Ability to Implement proper test to apply cost down items.

· Ability to Install new technology from HQ, and control initial flow (manage)

· Ability to Supervise construction project and improvement projects
