الوصف الوظيفي -Following up HR Plan implementation including manpower planning, increment, training budget & HR initiatives to -Coordinates orientation process for all new employees with concerned parts to ensure they get the needed - Following up the probation period evaluation process with recruitment part and the direct manager to ensure they - Following up performance management process with all department’s heads to ensure evaluation is completed as -Keeping updated job descriptions for all positions in company ensures positions are adheres with organization -Implements any new projects assigned by direct manager to ensure achieving desired objectives. -Coordinates with Training partner regarding training needs analysis ensuring it’s aligned with training budget & - Prepares HR reports and provides results in continuously meeting with direct manager to measure achievements. -Check payroll & personnel activities to ensure the accuracy of data submitted from recruitment department. المهارات 4-6 Years of experience.
