الوصف الوظيفي Progressive GE is working with a European Engineering consultant / EPC Company who is looking to hire a Geotechnical Inspector to join a project in Saudi Arabia for a 3-4 month project specific hire. As this is a contract role, we would be looking for a Geology specialist who is readily available to join the project on a 3-4 month contract role. Start date: April 2020 Contract length: Initial 3-4 months in KSA. If works out well, scope to join the business in other regions. Location: Near to the Red Sea, Near shore project Saudi Arabia Scope of Work: Working for the site supervision consultant, you will be tasked to monitor the contractors activities working in the capacity of a Geotechnical Inspector. The bulk of the work is ground activities / investigation including borehole drilling, rock sampling / inspecting, data collection, sampling, analyzing, reporting, ensuring safe practice. Profile of the candidate: We are looking for a Geology/ Geotechnical Engineering professional who has around 8-15 years total experience with the majority working for a site supervision company which involves monitoring contractors work. Must have experience working in the Middle East and available to start April. On offer: The company will provide VISA, medical, flights and accommodation while working in Saudi Arabia.
