Group IT Support

Job Purpose-
To Support Enpro & its Affiliates in network, hardware & software.

Duties:
 Monitoring and maintaining Internet, Networks, Software’s and all related IT Equipment’s.
 Updating windows software’s and Antivirus.
 Performing daily security level checks for network and software’s.
 Performing daily & Scheduled backup for database.
 Troubleshooting Network problems, Software, Hardware faults and replacing hardware
damaged parts
 Maintaining and checking Software’s, and User Licenses
 Maintaining Time & Attendance devices.
 Maintaining & Checking remote connection for online applications.
 Setting up and configuring new IT equipment’s for new users.
 Setting up new user accounts and complete them with User Name and Password
 Maintaining Servers, Active Directory User.
 Responding to issued IT troubleshoot tickets through Emails, calls or portals.
 Assumes other duties as assigned by Manager of IT.
