•Overall supervision of all the activities related to production •Looking After ready mixed concrete production activities including (Job orders, Plant Production, Equipments, Drivers, and Production Teams etc.
•Handling the availability of production equipment such as (number of trucks and pumps available for service, plant readiness and production capacity)
•Obtains the volume of ready-mix concrete to be delivered to pouring sites.
•Handling the availability of raw materials & amount to be ordered.
•Supervise the arrangement of the delivery of ready mixed concrete to the sites and in maintaining records of production activities
