الوصف الوظيفي المهارات · Minimum 3 years in the same field (planning and project control) and 6-8 years overall. · Control Project contract & Scope of Work. · Responsible for project planning and scheduling. · Produce and maintain accurate project schedules and understand schedule resources loading. · Review and manage project schedules to identify progress, lead times and project sequences. · Cost estimating and monitoring. · Communicate with clients and attend regular meetings and provide reports. · Project Quality review. · Establishes operating policies to mitigate risk. · Provides guidance and consultation for project manager. · Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from construction and requiring coordination with other departments. · Evaluate manpower cost and manpower requirements against budget. · Determine design changes and schedule slippages impact. · Review performance and evaluation for employees. · Gather inputs and update management reports.
