Job Purpose Provides advisory work into the field of the company organization structure, Workforce Planning, job description review, performance management and job evaluation. Primary Accountabilities: Assist in the development, evaluation and implementation of various programs, procedures and underlying methodology such as workforce planning, internal work rules, performance management programs, corporate culture, etc. Conduct comprehensive organizational HR related studies, surveys, and research and present findings to supervisor including recommended action plans Assist in developing business strategies to support the organization plans & business requirements. Update the organization structures reflecting the on-going organisational changes and act as a custodian of the company’s organization chart. Maintain and update IMI’s Job description database to conduct an accurate and efficient evaluation of jobs when necessary. Evaluate the different IMI position/jobs to establish a hierarchical map of employees and create potential career moves accordingly. Operate and maintain the SAP or any other system to ensure reflecting all organizational information, job structures, and compensation package in payroll system. Work with Finance in calculating the labor cost based on the workforce plans. Communication and Working Relationships: Internal : Frequent contact with Management levels for securing, exchanging, communicating, explaining or interpreting information on policies, procedures or programs. Frequent contact with all function heads External : Contacts as required with outside consultants and service providers regarding HR related projects. |
