Senior Mechanical Engineer / Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Candidate must have previous experience as follows:
HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.
1st-grade Contracting Companies. As a Senior Eng. , Section Head, Dept. Mgr.
Private sector Mega Projects, such as High rise buildings, 4-5 star Hotels, Luxury Compounds, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Palaces, Office buildings,...etc.
Note: Candidates with previous consultancy work experience and/or governmental projects’ work experience will not be preferred.
المهارات
GCC experience is preferred with Min 5-10 years in KSA.
Familiar with and have a good command of all related programs including design software is preferred.
Arabic, English fluent.
Candidates having extra previous experience such as Technical office Manager, MEP procurement Manager, Design Manager, estimation Head are preferred.
Having a valid driving license is preferable.
