Candidate must have previous experience as follows:
HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works, Power, lighting and low current, communication system, …etc.
1st-grade Contracting Companies, Buildings MEP, Managerial Level.
Private sector Mega Projects, such as High rise buildings, 4-5 star Hotels, Luxury Compounds, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Palaces, Office buildings,...etc.
Note: Candidates with previous consultancy work experience and/or governmental projects’ work experience will not be preferred.
المهارات
GCC experience is preferred with Min 5-10 years in KSA.
Familiar with and have a good command of all related programs including design software is preferred.
Arabic, English fluent.
Candidates having extra previous experience in Contract Management, worked in reputed construction electromechanical companies, involved in procurement, design, estimation , …etc are preferred.
Having a valid driving license is preferable.
