الوصف الوظيفي
Candidate must have proven previous experience and well-versed in project management, methodologies, and techniques.
Shall be responsible for the overall project management from planning to execution and lead a multi-discipline project team.
Ability to lead a sizable team with diverse backgrounds and manage subcontractors at the site.
Worked in 1st-grade Contracting Companies, Buildings, Managerial Level.
Private sector Mega Projects, such as High rise buildings, 4-5 star Hotels, Luxury Compounds, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Palaces, Office buildings,...etc.
Note: Candidates with previous consultancy work experience and/or governmental projects’ work experience will not be preferred.
المهارات
Candidates having extra previous experience in Contract Management, familiar with HSE, QA/QC, financial management, efficiency norms, int’l and local codes, planning and budgeting, procurement, design, ..etc. are preferred.
GCC experience is preferred with Min 5-10 years in KSA.
Familiar with and have a good command of all related programs including design software is preferred.
Arabic, English fluent.
Having a valid driving license is preferable.
