Construction Manager required for KSA (Saudi) Project. Working as part of the worlds largest hospitality project. Required immediately!
المهارات
Must be able to create and execute project work plans, revise and make appropriate changes to meet needs and requirements
Must be able to successfully initiate and execute plans and close all projects deliverables and committed
Ensure that the project definition documents are prepared and maintained
Ensure that the progress in the project is reflects the planned schedule, specifications, quality and costs
Track project timeline and costs
Manage day to day operational aspects of the project and scope of work
Identify and resolve issues
Coordinate project team meetings
Advise corporate management on all perceived risks to the successful completion and obtain decisions and approvals from Top Management
Must be able to facilitate dispute resolution
Must have 10 years experience in similar project as construction Manager in KSA or other GCC Countries
Must have excellent English (written and spoken)
Must relocate to KSA
