Serve as a point of contact for all of your customer account management matters.
Respond to customers’ queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience.
Manage your portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Develop positive relationships with clients.
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
Monitor sales metrics (quarterly and annually).
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
المهارات
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account.
Manager, or relevant role; 5+ years preferred.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Good computer skills and knowledge in Office Suite programs.
Ability to complete RFP’s.
A positive can-do attitude
