الوصف الوظيفي v Sales and Marketing Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s Conduct telephone calls and face-to face visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Negotiates the terms of agreements and closing sales. Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, and operations v Customer Relations Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Have frequent visits / meetings with targeted clients, and ensure that RFQs are received and handled professionally. Develop and maintain large pool of accounts (not less than 50 clients) in Consumer Goods Sectors and tap every opportunity of providing logistics services. Be a single point of contact for the clients in representing MLC and promoting its services. Satisfy customers upon queries regarding prices, availability and product uses. Sells company services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospect clients. Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospected clients to sell the company’s services. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Consult customers about services provided to them to ensure having the ultimate utilization of our services to attain them in clients lists for future services. Collaborate, communicate and recommend customers about the implemented procedures, policies, local customs, tax, instructions etc. Maintain harmonious relationships with corporate clients and follows up for amicable resolutions on such accounts in cases of extraordinary complaints, service issues that may arise. Work closely with operations to resolve or assists in resolving critical operational logistics issues. Assist in releasing the due payments from clients for the services as per the terms agreed upon. v Branding Continuously monitor customer requirements and offer the value added services by analysing market practices and competitive services. Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company message to the existing and new customers. v Business Intelligence Compile and track sales data, payments details and customer satisfaction rate. Write concise accurate reports for senior managers on the basis of sales data. Explores the data and discovers patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends. v Continuous Improvement Develop MLC services assessment reports including strength points, areas for improvements and recommendations. v Reporting Update the management about the marketing demand related to Consumer Goods. Prepares detailed monthly sales achieved and those predicted against target including opportunities in the pipeline. Provide GM with oral, written reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities and potential for new products and services. المهارات |
