Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading retail chain looking for a Store Managers to manage their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will lead your team in ensuring sales profitability and excellent customer satisfaction are always met.
As a Store Manager, you will be involved in:
Overseeing and managing operational store requirementsEnsuring achievement of store sales and financial objectives; manage P&LAttending;to customers and making sure that all customer-related issues/complaints are properly addressedFostering and maintaining client satisfaction and loyaltyRecruiting, managing, and training staffEnsuring compliance to company policies and standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in similar role in the Retail industryOutstanding communication, leadership and business development skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate othersDigital- savvy, with strong reporting skillsSaudi national (required)
