Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading e-commerce company in the Middle East, looking for a brilliant Community Manager to join their growing team in Riyadh. We are ideally looking for someone who is has great attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
As a Community Manager, you will:
- Perform community management and engagement
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns
- Respond to comments and community queries
- Build social community and enhance brand awareness
- Moderate all user-generated content
- Keep abreast with digital technology trends
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape and current and new social networking sites (Facebook, SnapChat, Instagram, Twitter)
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (required)
- Saudi national (required)
